Our Story
2002-2008
SPeAR The Game Show
It all started with SPeAR. Jamie wanted to talk about sustainability but not with a PowerPoint.
So he created a live theatre experience disguised as a game show. It had music, dancers, BMXers, skateboarders, and real choices for the audience.
Over six years, it toured schools and communities across the southwest of England, igniting conversations about the future of our planet.

Trust Rugby International
The spark continued, this time through rugby.
Jamie co-founded Trust Rugby International, building a movement that used the power of sport to connect people of all abilities, backgrounds, and cultures.
Trust Rugby is still going strong today, uniting communities around the world through inclusion and teamwork.

Sustainable Pathways
During the pandemic, Jamie and Ciaran launched Sustainable Pathways, a collective to help organisations navigate sustainability.
What began as consultancy evolved into immersive workshops, and before long, they were creating games as an approach to engage people in the topic.
This time, digital ones. The facilitator network grew, and so did the hunger for interactive, decision-based learning.

Out of that journey came involv, a platform and studio dedicated to transforming how we learn, connect, and make change.
Through serious games, branching scenarios, and interactive workshops, we help people get stuck in, speak up, and tackle the issues that matter.
